Our highly trained Bridgepointe at Village Manor staff understands each resident’s Life Story, preferences, likes, dislikes, individual abilities, and challenges. This helps us provide personalized care that builds trust and forms strong friendships. Our memory care program empowers residents to live a lifestyle that embodies fulfillment, dignity and independence.
At the core of The Best Friends™ Approach are relationships, a vital component of dementia care. Our experienced staff and volunteers are extensively trained in Best Friends™ model of care. They work individually with our residents to learn their life stories and essentially become their “Best Friends.” These “Best Friends” know how to emphasize our residents’ strengths and abilities, encourage them to participate in meaningful and fun activities and spend days together that are positive, upbeat, and life-affirming.
Bridgepointe at Village Manor’s Memory Care program is designed to give both residents and their loved ones peace of mind. Licensed staff is available 24/7 to assist with personal care, activities of daily living, and medications.
No two people are alike in their memory care needs. Prior to move-in, we assess each resident to create a personalized approach to care. Each resident receives a comprehensive, customized service program that is designed to meet specific care needs and provide the support needed to live life to the fullest.
